Happy Tails
Lyon wishes everyone Merry Christmas. Lyon was a save from Memphis Animal Services.
Bowing to the wonderful family that adopted Jasmine – the Butners!

Daisy got adopted! Yea!!!!! Thank you for adopting!
Remember the black girl from Tipton County Animal Shelter. We found out some history on this sweetheart; her owner left her with family and never returned to get her so the family surrendered her to the shelter.
Well, here is she, in her foster home, and her newly chosen name is Charley. Love that name!!
Great way to start the weekend!!
JoJo and his new family!
Remember Handsome (he was in a fighting pit when Animal Control and the police arrived). He was seized and taken to Memphis Animal Services. The animal control officer involved in the case called me and asked if Hearts of Gold would rescue this incredible lover boy from Memphis Animal Services. We pulled him from the shelter and Handsome (renamed Guapo) has been living with Zander (the little boy) and another female named Jewell (also adopted from Hearts of Gold) for several years. Handsome also attends doggy daycare. All dogs seized from fight rings should be individually evaluated and not automatically labeled ‘aggressive.’

Penny meets her new family!
Hearts of Gold Pit Rescue is pleased to announce that Lady, the pup rescued from Tipton Animal Shelter, has found her forever home! She will be able to run, play, and love on her new daddy, Rocky Spires, and brothers (his two young sons), Thank you so much to her new family for taking this little love bug in! We truly believe that this little Lady has finally found her happily ever after.
Rememeber Nibbles & Nestor, the puppies we pulled from Memphis Animal Services. They were cruelty cases. Well, here is Jacob & Nestor and it appears Nestor’s cruelty days are gone forever. Precious picture. The rewards of rescue cannot be matched with any other experience in life. We will keep doing what we do!
